Tips and useful information:

You can vary the pizza soup like this

The pizza soup is a low carb dish that is very suitable for "leftovers". Especially with vegetables you can use what you have in the fridge. Tomatoes, zucchini, aubergines and similar vegetables also go well in the soup.

Other ingredients that you usually put on a pizza can also enhance the taste of the soup. For example, you can cut ham or salami into small pieces and add them to the soup. If you like olives, you can also add them to the soup.

Side dishes with low carb pizza soup

If you are not on a low carb diet, any bread or pastry will of course fit as a side dish. But the soup also tastes great with couscous or noodles as a side dish.
